Power University will continue to develop its role as a leading Christian Institution in the USA and beyond. We will champion the cause of raising and training well equipped leaders and prepare our students to be effective, skilled individuals fitted for service in today’s world.
We will emphasise lifelong learning, spiritual vitality and life skills, ensuring that our graduates make a Christ-centred contribution to the communities in which they live and work. We will always take seriously the diverse world in which we live. From the view that accepts the Christian Gospel as the fundamental under-girding for life, we will ensure that our students are trained and encouraged to serve Jesus Christ authentically while handling complexity and diversity effectively.
We will seek to pioneer the development of innovative training, scholarly understanding and critical awareness in order to prepare people to plant churches, enter cross-cultural ministry or the workplace in such a way as to build churches and communities that truly show the life changing power of Christ.

Power University prepared the whole program to equip the leader with what they need to know in the day today lives, what the seminaries missed to teach.Why should a Christian worker or minister get a degree?
First, the Bible says, Study! Learning and training are very important parts of a qualified minister’s life. The twelve apostles were in the best three and a half year training program offered, as they learned directly from Jesus. They listened to His lectures; they observed His methods. They watched Him heal the sick and deliver the oppressed. They saw Him handle persecution from the hypocrites, and extend tender compassion toward the morally fallen, and even bless the little children. No wonder they also performed miracles upon graduation. Their class room was not a stuffy cubicle, but the fields, the seashores, the mountains, the temple, the dusty roads and market places. Yes, they learned!
Secondly, it is only fair that credit be rendered to whom credit is due. To the public we must prove all things. So, having a degree can open up some doors of opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus and the love of God that otherwise might never open to you. It is the project of credibility which means believable, reliable, plausible and trustworthy.
Power University recognises your leadership and the vast knowledge acquired through life experience. We will not ask you to learn something you already know. You will be able to focus on how you can manage more effectively to achieve the maximum output.
